The brief

A logistics software company building dispatch tools for regional freight carriers. Dispatchers ran their day across a load board, a map, a spreadsheet, and their phone.

What I did

I redesigned the dispatch view around the day’s loads, with drivers, locations, and problems on one screen, and made a design system for the product team to build from.

After launch

Dispatchers plan and fix the day in one place instead of switching between tools.
